A Virtual Preview: Highlights from Antiquorum NY's 9 December Auction by Paul Boutros

On Wednesday, December 9th, Antiquorum New York will hold its final auction of 2009, "Celebrating 35 Years of Making History in Time" Sale, in which 402 watches and clocks will be auctioned. This auction will feature several highly desirable Rolex COMEX watches, including the only two ref. 1665 Double Red Sea Dwellers worn on the world record-breaking Physalie VI 2000ft/610m, 16-day dive in 1972. Other important featured watches include two Vacheron Constantin minute repeaters, including a rare vintage example in pink gold dating to 1943, several superb complicated modern and vintage Patek Philippe watches including a ref. 5102 Celestial and two minute repeaters with perpetual calendars, and two highly compicated Audemars Piguet watches; a Grande Complication on bracelet, and a Minute Repeating Chronograph with Tourbillon.
